Q: Can I access courses offline? A: Currently, TechTonic does not support offline access. All course content requires an active internet connection. Offline mode is planned for a future update.


Q: How do I update my profile information? A: Navigate to your profile page within the app. You can update your address and phone number directly. Other details are managed by the system.


Account & Authentication

Q: Can I sign up using my Google account? A: TechTonic currently supports sign-up and login using email and password only. Google authentication is not supported at this time.


Q: What should I do if I don’t receive a password reset email? A: Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, ensure you entered the correct email. If problems persist, contact faressaymann@gmail.comenvelope.


Courses & Content

Q: How can I enroll in a course? A: Browse the course catalog and select the course you want. If it’s free, just click “Enroll.” For paid courses, complete the transaction via the in-app purchase system.


Q: How do I receive my course certificate? A: After completing a course, your official certificate will be sent directly to your registered email address. Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) to download it.


Technical Issues

Q: The app crashes when I play videos. What can I do? A: Try updating the app to the latest version. If the issue persists, clear the app cache or reinstall. For ongoing problems, contact support with device details.
